Whether you’re counting steps as a beginner or you've got more experienced moves, DOAHL’s adult dance classes can help you sweat some pounds away while staying in shape and having fun, in a judgment-free environment.

HIP HOP 4 ME
We believe dance is for everyone. “Hip Hop 4 Me” is for designed students with intellectual and physical disabilities. This class fosters physical activity and overall health while having fun dancing.
This program focuses on those who are semi-independent, or accompanied by a support person.

We teach a range of dance styles

Encourage/develop great self-esteem and team building skills

Build coordination and enhance accuracy with grasping choreography

Maintain overall health, flexibility and fitness

Stimulate participants in a creative way while building confidence

Dance Birthday Party
A DOAHL birthday party includes:

3 hours of party time

45 minute high energy dance class (includes a choreographed routine)

Full access of entire facility (Includes kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, common areas & TV/video game room)

Access to movies/video games

A party hostess to help with set-up and clean-up
